What kind of hair does Asna use?
Every Asna piece is made from 100% ethically sourced, virgin human hair.
How do Asna wigs stay secure? Do they require glue or tape?
No glue or tape is needed. Our wigs are designed to sit comfortably and securely with an Asna grip band, ensuring durability and all day comfort.

How long does it take to receive my wig once I order?
Once your order is placed, the timeline for receiving your ASNA wig will depend on the level of customization required.
Most ASNA pieces are completed within approximately 8–10 weeks. However, in many cases, we may already have a suitable wig in stock that can be tailored to your preferences. These customizations such as colour, styling, or adjustments can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the work needed.
Fully bespoke orders are created for clients who require specific elements such as a unique colour, size, or length that is not currently available in stock. These pieces require additional time to ensure every detail is perfected to our standard of excellence.
Each ASNA wig is thoughtfully prepared with precision and care, ensuring a result that is truly worth the wait.

Yes. Because we use only premium, unprocessed virgin hair, your Asna wig can be toned, coloured, or highlighted- just like natural hair. We recommend having this done by a professional who is familiar with working with virgin hair wigs.

Wig Maintenance
How will I know how to care for and maintain my wig?
As part of your ASNA Experience, you’ll get a one-on-one session where we’ll show you exactly how to brush, store, and care for your wig. Proper care preserves the wig’s look and longevity. The ASNA team is available for all washes and sets, colour, and repairs after the purchase of your wig. We are professionals with over 40 years in the industry.
What else should I know about an Asna wig?
Asna wigs are luxury handcrafted pieces and should be removed during sleep, swimming, or workouts to maintain their integrity. We only use the most supreme, high quality swiss lace and therefore each piece requires gentle handling. When not handled correctly, the lace may tear or rip.
What if my wig needs to get repaired?
It is very common for wigs to lose hair over time or for the lace to stretch or tear. We offer repair services through our maintenance team; however, you are responsible for any associated costs once the 3 month warranty has passed.

Can I customise the colour of my ASNA wig
Yes, you can colour and highlight your ASNA wig. Because we use only premium, unprocessed virgin hair, your ASNA wig can be toned, coloured, or highlighted just like natural hair.
However, we recommend having this done by our professional, trained ASNA team, as wigs require specialized care and are not the same as natural hair. Our experts understand how to properly handle the lace, cap, and maintain the integrity of the hair.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
What if my order is delayed?
While we always strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen delays can occur. If that happens, we’ll communicate promptly and work to minimize any inconvenience.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
Because each Asna piece is customized to your specifications, returns are not accepted. We offer a 3 month warranty on any manufacturing defects (not including the lace). However, we handle each situation personally to ensure your satisfaction wherever possible.
What does the warranty include?
We provide a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Within these 3 months you are welcome to bring your wig for a maintenance check-up on us. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects but excludes the lace.
